Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Presqu'île is Lyon's central district. Very lively, it includes shopping streets as well as the Bellecour Square and the Confluences Museum. This is where you will find the Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux-Arts Hotel, in a 19th-century building only a stone's throw from the Jacobins square and its charming fountain.
Each of the 76 rooms, arranged in an Art Deco style, has been dressed in cream, chocolate, mustard and pistachio tones. Book yours with a balcony, from which you will be able to distinguish the Fourvière Basilica, a monument that you will absolutely have to visit. The hotel does not own a restaurant but is located only a few steps from Mercière street, known for its tasteful grounds. You will also endeavour to cross the Saône and discover the charm of a traditional bouchon in the Old Lyon.
